Hi, I'm Benjamin Milkic, the instructor behind Veya Yoga. Based in Toronto, I offer personalised 1-on-1 yoga sessions for clients across the Greater Toronto Area — as well as online sessions for anyone, anywhere.

My approach to yoga is deeply personal — I believe every body is different, and every practice should reflect that. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine an advanced practice, I meet you exactly where you are.

I've spent years studying breath, alignment, and movement — blending traditional yogic wisdom with a modern, body-positive approach. My goal is simple: to help you feel more at home in your body, and more at peace in your life.

Sessions are available online via video call, or in person for clients in the Toronto area — designed entirely around your goals, schedule, and physical needs.

I hold a 200-hour YTT certification and have trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and therapeutic yoga modalities. Every session I teach draws on this wide foundation to serve you better.
